Today we learned and discussed the similarities and differences between moths and butterflies. To begin, the children looked at the figures in the photo below and identified similarities and differences that they observed.
Next, we identified 6 differences between the moth and butterfly. Using the photo below, have your child explain the differences to you.
We then removed the pieces from the board and...
...the children put the board back together.
The paper in the photo below was sent home in your child's folder today so he/she can share what was learned today about butterflies and moths. Happy Learning!
